• Shipping Methods and Rates

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.  Domestic orders ship at a standard rate of $7.95.  

We process orders Monday-Friday in the order they are received, please allow 7-10 business days for order processing and shipment.


• Lost or Stolen Packages

Please report any lost or stolen packages to our customer care team at drrednam@myhoustonsurgeons.com so we can investigate and help to resolve the issue.  All shipments are tracked and insured.  Items showing delivered on tracking may be subject to additional costs for reshipment.


• Returns/Exchanges

Only unopened items with a receipt may be returned for refund minus shipping and handling costs.  No additional cost for exchanges done in person, additional shipping and handling costs apply for shipped exchanges.
