While we hope that you are 100% satisfied with our products, we regrettably cannot guarantee the satisfaction, appropriateness, or utility of each product for each person. Everyone’s skin type, skin sensitivity, and health concerns are different, and we advise discussing your skin care choices with your medical doctor in advance of undertaking any new skin care routine.

Orders are shipped on average 7-10 days after shipping is confirmed. Once items are shipped a tracking number will be sent to confirm shipment.

Incorrect address information entry or delivery service are wholly on the individual or organization and My Houston Surgeons and cannot be held liable.

Items stolen after shipping to the provided address will only be replaced with additional cost.
